These two videos show the lag spike I am having. Everybody on my network that plays online FPS games has this lag. It is on a wireless network.

Routers I've tried:
WRT54G
WRT54GL
WRT54GL with Tomato

Tried Changing Channel
Tried Increasing the Broadcast Strength.
WPA security is enabled
SSID broadcasting is disabled
I have tried 3 different WNIC's.
1 Linksys PCI adapter
1 Linksys USB adapter
1 Belkin USB adapeter

Moving my computer closer to the router does not fix the problem.
Hardwiring does fix it, but I can't have that permanently as there is no room for my computer near the router, I can't move the router, and I can't install hardwiring in the walls. I have a utility that disables Wireless Zero Configuration. I have used wireless (on the WRT54G) for 2 years. This problem started only 2 months ago. It also only occurs for 3-4 days, starting every 8 or 9 days.
