I have tried using a 4.0.2 version of WinPcap: http://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WinPcap_4_0_2.exe And then installing Lagmeter after than, declining to install the included WinPcap, but to no avail. Any help...or is Vista(and thus Windows7) users just SOL?
