Interleaving can increase your ping by 20-30ms, yes it's true, no BS 
Ring your ISP to get it turned off, worked for me gaming lag much more capable now.
I dropped from 33ms to 15ms.

the AT&T service i have advertises this with thier MaxDSL package, time to go make sure its "off". i had no idea it could slow down games~!
