where can I turn vertical synchronization on? or if it is a downloadable program where can I download it? I heard it might help me stop lagging so I decided to ask about it.

You mean V-Sync? it's in your Graphics Cards control panel, it puts your fps in sync with your monitor.

Say if you a 80hz moniter it limits your FPS to 80. which is fine, no reason to go faster as it won't make a difference. Also give s a better average for your FPS so it isn't jumping from 130 to 60 to 156 etc.

It's meant to stop "tearing" i ain't sure what it is because i have never seen it.

Make sure you turn tripple buffering on if you turn V-Sync on.
