I was able to run the lagmeter and noticed that the source of my lag is all from my ISP (network).  Below the estimated lags per minute with the Killer do not show an improvement?  How could this be?  Is this a bug in the software or am I DOOMED with my ISP.  Please see screenie.  Thanks.
